DELIVERY TIMES

Mybouddha works directly with artisans from different countries around the world: Asia, Indonesia, Africa, South America, North America, Europe...

It is for this reason that we can obtain very competitive rates.


Our delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays:

Metropolitan France: 7 to 20 days
International: 10 to 25 days

PACKAGE TRACKING

You will receive an email containing your tracking code within 1 week after your order.

To track the progress of your package, we recommend that you use the 17Track site.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

In very rare cases, packages may take longer than expected. (Strikes, end of year celebrations, force majeure…) Unfortunately, we are unable to control delivery times and any unforeseen delays that may occur en route.

Whatever happens if your package does not arrive at its destination after 8 weeks, we will send it back or we will give you a full refund.

INACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Any errors made by the customer when sending their delivery information such as incorrect address, wrong email address, wrong name, wrong city or country and thus creating a delivery problem would be the responsibility of the customer's responsibility and our refund policy and reshipment of an item free of charge will not apply.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 12 noon as your order may have already been processed.



UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any package returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to incorrect or insufficient address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate or sufficient information for the item to be delivered in good faith.



CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES

It may happen in very rare cases that a package encounters customs charges. It is also possible that customs may delay the delivery of certain packages.

We have no control over customs and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

SEPARATE PACKAGES

An order can be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

- Some items may be out of stock

- Weight restrictions for classic delivery imposed by the post office

- Different designers and warehouse locations. We work from multiple warehouses on different continents to bring you the best selection of products at an affordable price. Such a situation is why some of the writing on your parcels may be in a foreign language and prices may differ depending on where you live.
